p_zzle imagines the body and soul as a jigsaw puzzle missing a heart, due to struggles with mental health and emotional wellness. Around the globe, people struggle with mental issues but are constantly dismissed and called liars for seeking support. As a result, a person's life falls apart like jigsaw pieces and can get worse under various health conditions. Thankfully, there are many people — friends, mentors, family, and health professionals — who acknowledge and actively advocate for their struggling peers. Outside of their community, resources spread online also make it easier for someone to also find help. Like this piece’s title, sometimes all a person needs is “u”, to remember they are valid and loved.
